Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management online

COURSE DETAILS

 

In the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management program, you’ll develop and enhance the skills to help you pursue a career in areas such as public relations, social media, marketing, community relations, event planning, or fundraising. As you study, you’ll develop skills in professionalism, communication, healthcare compliance, and population health management. 

Participate in an on-site practicum: Gain 50 hours of hands-on experience over seven weeks, and graduate ready to pursue a fulfilling healthcare career. 
Complete an optional certificate: Start a path toward caring for the elderly and expand your knowledge with an optional senior living management certificate.
Gain skills to improve patient outcomes: Learn how to provide strategic direction and support to divisions, departments, units, or services within healthcare facilities.

Application process is streamlined for efficiency, so you can focus on your education. No SAT/ACT scores are required, and you should receive an admissions decision within seven days of submitting a complete application (including transcripts). Choose from three start dates per year.

To be eligible for admission, you must have earned a high school diploma or GED with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. You will need to submit the following materials to apply:

  • Official high school transcript 
  • English proficiency scores

Get a head start on your master’s with Early Access

With our Early Access program, you can earn up to 12 credits toward your master’s degree during your undergraduate degree. Once you’ve completed 90 credit hours or more of your bachelor’s degree (with a GPA of 3.25 or higher), you may be eligible to get a head start on your master’s degree.
 

Maryville considers all transfer credits earned from regionally accredited colleges or universities, as well as courses completed in the military. The transfer process is simple and convenient.

BSc Economics and Finance

COURSE DETAILS

 

  • Build your quantitative skills: You’ll study mathematical methodology and statistics, as well as the core principles of economics and finance.

    Expand your knowledge: Investigate interdisciplinary areas of study, including microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and corporate finance.

    Develop advanced, practical skills: Once you’ve honed your quantitative skills and applied knowledge, you can specialise your studies through advanced economics and finance courses.

Curriculum

. The courses in this programme are designed with intention by academics who are leading research in their fields – research that shapes policy, industry and society. The maximum registration period is six years, but you should aim to complete your programme within three to four years.

Throughout the 12-course programme, you’ll:

  • Understand theories: of decision-making, risk management and financial market behaviour.
    Use analytical and quantitative methods: to address a range of social challenges, economic and financial issues, and contemporary policy questions.
    Construct sophisticated arguments: informed by financial data and economic principles.

We encourages applications from students who have the motivation and qualifications to successfully undertake its online programmes. 

As part of your online application, you must submit the following documents in English:

  • Complete/incomplete postschool certificates or transcripts

Prospective students must also meet our general entrance, mathematics and English language requirements. 

In order to give the Admissions Panel a more holistic understanding of your qualifications, you may also submit a résumé or CV, work references, standardised test scores and professional certificates.
